About Muxariq
Started by a sparks man who got tired of rushed jobs and vague quotes.
Muxariq began in 2008 when founder Karim Muxariq left a big contractor to build a smaller, calmer service. The idea was simple, answer the phone, show up when promised, and leave the place safer than we found it.
Today the team is Karim, his sister Laila in the office, and two long-time electricians who know their way around old Norfolk wiring as well as new build systems. We work from our base near Magdalen Street, and most weeks we are in Norwich, Wymondham, Diss, or the coast.

Do you give fixed quotes?
Yes, for most jobs we quote a fixed price after a site visit or clear photos. If the job is likely to change, we explain the parts that can move before work starts.
Are you qualified and insured?
We are fully insured, and all notifiable work is certified. Copies of the paperwork are emailed over once the job is complete.
Can you handle emergency faults?
We cover evening and weekend call-outs for faults that need prompt attention, including tripping circuits, burning smells, and power loss in part of the property.
How long does a rewire usually take?
A typical three-bedroom rewire takes 4-7 working days, depending on access, flooring, and how much making good is needed.
